Sandell happy with test session

Swedish driver Patrik Sandell and his new co-driver Maria Andersson are looking forward to Fafe Sprint Rally event this weekend after successful completion of test session for the 2012 Rally Portugal.

Prodrive will return to WRC action next week with Dani Sordo and Sandell driving the latest evolution of Mini John Cooper Works WRC car, as part of company’s limited WRC programme this year.

Sandell and Andersson completed test session and are looking forward for “warm up” event in Fafe:

We have had a good day in the car, everything has worked very well and I am very much looking forward to Rally Portugal, says Patrik.

According to Fafe event organisers, crews can expect from 60-80.000 spectators lining the hills on this short six kilometer stage.
