Citroën provides a new car for Seb Loeb and Daniel Elena

According to Citroën Racing, this will be Sebastien Loeb’s and Daniel Elena’s ride for the final stage of the 2013 Rallye de France. Which will, as you surely know by now, be their final WRC stage.

Citroën must roll the roof down and let spectators and fans see Seb and Daniel, it must happen. Nevermind the rain. At least Sebastien and Daniel can blame rain then and not tears on their faces.
