Video: One year of Hyundai Motorsport, the recap

This video appeared yesterday during a WRC team launch ceremony, showing the milestones which marked the first year of Hyundai Motorsport. From the very humble first steps to the opening of the teams headquarters in Alzenau and the forming of the test squad, Hyundai covered massive distances in a very short amount of time. They went from, well, nothing and arrived to the point of being ready for a full season of WRC.

But let’s not get ahead of ourselves. It’s one thing to launch a car and its livery in a conference hall and completely another thing to let it run on the stages. The journey has been remarkable so far, let’s keep our fingers and toes crossed that it stays that way.
