French veteran and former Rallye Monte Carlo winner Francois Delecour took part in today’s shakedown ahead of first proper stages tomorrow. And while the Frenchman had otherwise trouble free run, he did suffer a minor off, captured in video.
In what looks like too fast entry into square right corner, Delecour braked late and as car’s rear stepped out he corrected it and let the car head straight in nearby field, thus avoiding potential roll and body damage if he decided to “pursue” the corner.
Did we interpret Delecour’s off properly? Take a look at video and let us know your thoughts!
