Latvala rolls on SS4, Loeb inherits lead

According to still uncofirmed info coming out from SS4, Jari-Matti Latvala rolled on SS4 and is apparently out of rally, since in Rallye Monte Carlo there is no superally. Loeb scored fastest time in SS4 and is safely in the lead. Dani Sordo did well in SS4 and with Latvala’s exit claims second place, over minute behind Loeb.

Very fast behind the wheel of Ford Fiesta RS WRC was Francois Delecour, climbing to second place on this stage and staying in touch with top half of points winners list.

Petter Solberg reported that Latvala went off at the start of snowy section of day’s final stage.

“We had better tyre choice than JML. Good grip and balance through stage.” Loeb said at the end of SS4.

“I’m very pleased with the day. It’s very difficult. I feel sorry for JML, I’ll keep pushing for the team.”  said Petter Solberg.
