Patrik Sandell confirmed for Rally Portugal

Prodrive-run Mini team will not take part in all rallies of this year’s World Championship and their next outing will be Rally Portugal, where Dani Sordo will again team up with Swedish driver Patrik Sandell.

Rally Portugal takes place between 29 March and 1 April and is the fourth round of 2012 World Rally Championship, followed by yet another trip across the Atlantic to Rally Argentina one month later.

Prodrive still did not clarify it’s plans for this year and some rumors claim that only seven events in total are scheduled for former works Mini team.
