Malcolm Wilson hoping for Portugal all over again

There’s no rally like super rally! After yet another disappointment added to their tally, Ford can only hope bad luck (or lack of caution) will run out at some point.

Until then Malcolm Wilson will have to keep repeating his mantra rally after rally when probed to comment on the latest retirement.

“It’s a great opportunity lost again to be honest so we’re disappointed,” said Ford team boss Wilson to WRC.com. “But we’re confident we can get the car fixed for tomorrow and we’ll continue and put up a good fight again like in Portugal and get back into the points with Petter.”

Whether Solberg manages to climb back as high as he did in Portugal remains to be seen.
