Sander Pärn – Ken Järveoja present their Junior WRC livery

A little more than a week has remained for the start of 4th event in this year´s WRC calendar. Vodafone Rally de Portugal will also be the kick-off start for the Junior WRC series. The 10 crews who will compete in Junior WRC will contest in 6 rallies across the Europe. The only Estonians to compete in the series in 2013 will be Sander Pärn and his co-driver Ken Järveoja. Young crew who´s born in South-Estonia, are now ready to reveal their Ford Fiesta R2´s design for the first time for the general public.

“If you are driving for the victory in WRC on the world´s toughest roads, it is important that everything has to be perfect! It is necessary to go through all kind of ideas and solutions in order to achieve the objectives to get the best out of those. One such thing for us is also our rally car design, “explained Sander.

Pärn added that the design of the car was aiming for simplicity and clarity and it has to introduce Estonia.

“Introduction of our native country was the main theme for us from the start. From the side you will be able to see the blue-black-white, which are the three colors of Estonian flag and from the top it is also covered by the colors of Estonian flag. In addition there are also some sponsor logos added on the livery! We are very satisfied with the final result and hope that the public and fans will enjoy the look of our Ford Fiesta R2,”said Pärn´s co-driver Ken Järveoja.

There were a number of people who were involved in the process.

“At this point we would like to thank all the good people who helped us making this design, without your help there would have not been such a good final solution,” said Sander.
