Hey, you do remember how only few days ago we called for a more elaborate media interaction between Hyundai’s WRC team and, well, media? Sure you do. I am positive they understood the message and we should soon be able to see more footage and other goodies, shot at team’s testing sessions. You might think we’re going to have to suffer in the meantime, but fear not. WRC community has it’s heroes, such as Rallymedia.nl or Planetemarcus.com, to name but a few. They delivered in the past and they’re doing the same now. Planetemarcus.com, also known as Jeremie Billiot, had his cameras rolling during the recent Hyundai’s tarmac test session with Bryan Bouffier.
End result – we finally get to see and hear Hyundai i20 WRC doing some proper runs on the test stage. There are no onboards, but hey, let’s not get greedy! You don’t simply walk to factory team and ask to stick your camera in their car. Jeremie did a great job once again and thanks to him we can now sample the newcomer machine, flexing its muscles.
Hyundai, take notice – this kind of video speaks volumes, and it takes almost no editing. We like to see things moving and we love to hear them roar. Edited videos are fine and dandy, but please never put effects before essence. Every WRC fan will thank you for that.
Excellent job Mr. Billiot.
