Petter Solberg and Dani Sordo had another clash on SS 9 and the winner was once again Solberg. Norwegian increased lead over Sordo but not by much, so the two are now split by 2,4 seconds. Meanwhile, Loeb is playing it safe and keeping his distance and is currently 1 minute and 28 seconds ahead....
Veteran Francois Delecour is trying hard on his first outing in Ford Fiesta RS WRC, and is doing quite a remarkable job at it seeing he rarely does rallies these days and he’s in a car he never drove before.
Dani Sordo made some changes to suspension and gearbox of his Mini and with more confidence he set flying time on SS 8. With Petter Solberg being 2,2 slower than Spaniard, Sordo still remains on 3rd place with Norwegian holding on to second spot. After SS8 Solberg and Sordo are split by just 1,1 seconds.
