Prodrive attempts to fix Sordo’s engine

Short notification just popped up on Twitter – Prodrive is working on checking Dani Sordo’s car and Spaniard might be able to get back in action.

British motorsport team tweet explained resons behind Sordo’s retirement. Apparently, Sordo stopped on the stage when the engine started overheating and it is currently unclear if Spaniard will be able to continue.

“hit snowbank knocking off alternator belt. Engine then overheated so stopped on stage. Team checking to see if he can continue.”
